Whole-Body Assessment
Look at the whole body before deciding where to start.
Whole body first — then we decide where to begin.
Better Wellness is a hands-on body care practice at Far East Plaza, Orchard Road, Singapore. We are not a "massage only where it hurts" studio: we begin with a whole-body assessment, look at how your posture and structure relate as a whole, and only then decide where this session should start.
We do not use acupuncture, cupping, invasive methods or medication advice. What we offer is non-medical manual care, aimed at making your everyday movement feel easier.

The spot that hurts is not always where the problem starts.
The body works as one connected system: neck and shoulder tightness can relate to how your thoracic spine moves, waist discomfort to how your pelvis and hips are used, and knee load to how ankle and hip work together.
So we look at the whole picture first, treat the body as a system, and then agree with you where this stage of care should focus.
Method
It is our internal way of organising hands-on work: first reduce structural tension and restore movement, then release and re-educate the muscles around it, and finally bring it back to how you actually move every day.
There is nothing mystical about it and it promises no outcome. In short: structure, muscle, habit — in that order.
