Care that starts with assessment

Every session below begins with a whole-body assessment. We learn how you move day to day and when your discomfort shows up, then decide which hands-on work to use and where to begin.

All of our care is non-medical and hands-on: no acupuncture, no cupping, no invasive methods, no medication.

Whole-Body Assessment

Look at the whole body before deciding where to start.

Standing and sitting observation, left/right symmetry and weight distribution, how shoulders, pelvis and spine relate, comfort during daily movements, and when recurring discomfort appears. We finish by agreeing the goal and order of the session with you.

Posture & Structure Care

For structural tension and movement restriction from long-term posture habits.

Desk work, looking down at a phone, carrying a bag on one side or always standing on the same leg all teach the body a fixed way of loading itself. This session uses hands-on work to reduce structural tension and restore movement, then gives you simple posture suggestions for daily life.

Suits: desk workers, people who load one side of the body repeatedly, and anyone who feels they "cannot stand straight or sit for long".

Neck & Shoulder Care

Hands-on care for neck and shoulder tightness and stiffness from long hours looking down.

We start with thoracic and shoulder-blade movement, then address the tension around the neck and shoulders — rather than pressing only on the tightest spot.

Suits: computer-based work, a pulling feeling when turning the head, or a heavy, tired neck at the end of the day.

Back & Waist Care

For back and waist tightness after long sitting or bending work.

We assess how your pelvis and hips are used, observe comfort when bending, turning and standing up, then use hands-on work to release back tension and restore movement.

Suits: drivers, people who stand or bend for long hours, and anyone who feels "stuck" when standing up after bending.

Knee & Lower-Limb Care

Working from ankle and hip down to how the knee is loaded.

How much a knee carries is often linked to ankle mobility, how the hip generates force and how you walk. We observe stairs and squatting first, then work on the overall loading relationship.

Suits: discomfort on stairs, difficulty squatting and standing up, or tired legs after walking.

Please note: for acute swelling, clear injury, or a structural condition already diagnosed by a doctor, see a doctor first.

Posture & Balance Care

For everyday discomfort linked to left/right asymmetry and off-centre weight.

We assess where your two sides differ, then use hands-on work to even out tension and help you feel your weight more evenly again.

Suits: people who feel one side sits higher, who habitually load one side, or who always want to lean on one leg.

Recurring Discomfort Management

When the same tightness keeps coming back, daily habits matter most.

If the same area tightens again and again, one good release usually does not last long. This service combines hands-on care with practical advice on posture, your working setup and daily movement habits.

Suits: people whose tightness keeps returning, or who have had many releases that did not last.

Activity & Recovery Care

Hands-on care to help your body settle after sport, long activity or travel.

For muscle tightness and fatigue after sport, long walks, long periods on your feet or travel — hands-on release plus a look at how you are moving.

Suits: regular exercisers, travellers, and anyone who feels "all wound up" after an activity.
